Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Services Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR systems implementation and employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboarding
  • Identify and launch new processes for HR system enhancements to improve efficiency and employee experience
  • Maintain data integrity in HR systems and create analytics dashboards for internal partners
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing Human Capital Management (HCM) and Talent Acquisition systems
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of compliance and organizational policies
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications and ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Experience in HR data analytics and reporting solutions
