Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Services Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of People Services professionals while ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Ensure accurate execution of People Services transactions and compliance with policies and service level agreements
• Partner with HR stakeholders to identify service improvement opportunities and support process optimization

Required Qualifications

• Previous HR experience leading a team in HR administration and transactional support
• Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of employment laws
• Proficient in HR systems, preferably Workday, and skilled in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage a varied workload
• SHRM CP/PHR qualification or willingness to obtain relevant certification is desirable
