People Shared Services Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Shared Services Lead (NA/EMEA) - Mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee advisory support and service delivery for People services across North America and EMEA
• Provide guidance on regional employment laws and support managers with performance management and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations and drive continuous improvement in service delivery processes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR/People experience with multi-country or regional leadership
• Strong expertise in North America and EMEA employment practices
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field preferred
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
