People Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

To support the People Team's transformation, the remote People Solutions Enablement Analyst will manage HR data infrastructure, optimize systems, and create impactful reporting solutions while ensuring seamless program execution.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and maintain HR data infrastructure to ensure reliable workforce information and insights
• Serve as the subject matter expert for HR platforms, managing configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting
• Build self-service dashboards and reports to facilitate executive decision-making and track HR metrics

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in technical program management, data analytics, or HR systems roles
• Hands-on experience with data engineering, including SQL, Python, or ETL tools
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and experience in system configuration and administration
• Demonstrated project management capability, including managing cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with Zendesk for HR service delivery and ticket management
