People Solutions Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Solutions Specialist (FTC).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of HR plans and processes for the Business Unit, including recruiting, retention, and talent management
• Collaborate with Centers of Expertise to address HR needs and adapt methodologies for specific business divisions
• Provide input on structural issues and assist in implementing reorganization as necessary

Required Qualifications and Education

• Experience with HR practices including training, organization design, and performance management
• Working knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations
• Experience in the development and implementation of HR initiatives
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
