People Strategy Consultant

Job Summary

To support defined projects in the People function, the remote People Strategy Consultant will independently deliver specific work products including employee relations frameworks, performance review enablement materials, and policy documentation over a contract engagement of approximately 3-4 months.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document an employee relations framework, including supporting policies and reference materials
• Develop training materials and facilitate sessions for the annual performance review and merit cycle
• Evaluate and optimize existing people-operations processes, including opportunities for AI integration

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience producing people-operations work products for technology or SaaS companies
• Proven track record of completing defined consulting projects independently and on schedule
• Experience developing and delivering training materials and facilitating training sessions
• Prior success in designing and implementing culture-focused initiatives
• Established independent consultant or business providing services to multiple clients
