Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time remote People Strategy Director will lead complex cross-functional projects to enhance HR infrastructure and operational excellence while shaping data-driven solutions and influencing stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale People Strategy initiatives aligned with organizational transformation goals
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance the effectiveness and scalability of People Strategy operations
  • Develop data-driven insights and strategic options to translate complex information into actionable program designs
Required qualifications
  • 10-15+ years of experience in HR Strategy, Management Consulting focused on HR/Organizational Transformation, or leading strategic initiatives
  • Proven track record of independently managing large-scale, complex strategic initiatives from concept to outcome
  • Experience in identifying operational challenges within HR and implementing process improvements across multiple domains
  • Highly developed strategic thinking and analytical skills with experience in change management strategy design
  • Deep understanding of strategic HR principles and the integration of talent model components with business strategy
