Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Strategy & Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead operational governance for the People team, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide goals
  • Implement change management frameworks to facilitate complex transitions and drive talent retention during M&A
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless execution of people-related initiatives and technology rollouts


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in HR Strategy, People Operations, or Strategic Project Management
  • Active Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP certification required
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale project implementations and change management initiatives
  • Experience with M&A, focusing on cultural integration and talent retention
  • Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment without direct authority
