Required Qualifications

- Active Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP certification required
- Proven track record in managing large-scale project implementations and change management initiatives
- Experience with M&A, focusing on cultural integration and talent retention
- Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment without direct authority
