Job Summary
To enhance the firm's people experience strategy, the remote People Strategy & Programs Specialist will leverage data analysis and a consultative approach to design, implement, and manage key initiatives focused on employee well-being, development, and retention across the US and global teams.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with US Centers of Excellence and local People Teams to implement the comprehensive people experience strategy
- Manage and promote initiatives related to employee well-being, apprenticeship programs, and employee feedback mechanisms
- Analyze people data to provide insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership for program adjustments
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in HR, People Strategy, Program Management, or a related strategic business role
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects from conception through implementation
- Exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration in a matrix organization
