Job Summary
Driving the design and optimization of Workday, the full-time remote People Systems Administrator will manage configurations across Payroll, Benefits, and Absence modules while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own the design and configuration of the Workday platform, including business processes and security groups
- Serve as the primary technical expert for Workday enhancements, translating business needs into scalable solutions
- Proactively analyze Workday processes to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement across the system
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS/People Systems with significant hands-on Workday configuration and administration
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one Workday module (Payroll, Benefits, or Absence) and knowledge of the others
- Strong command of Workday business processes, security configuration, and calculated fields
- Proven experience managing complex systems initiatives from start to finish
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship
