Job Summary
Owning the technology and systems layer for the People function, the full-time remote People Systems Analyst will manage Workday architecture, build automations to enhance efficiency, and support compensation infrastructure development.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday processes, security roles, and integrations to optimize data flow and reporting
- Identify and automate manual workflows within the People function, leveraging AI tools to improve operations
- Develop and maintain the data infrastructure for compensation decisions, supporting annual reviews and equity administration
Required qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of experience in an HRIS or People Systems role within a high-growth company
- Extensive hands-on experience with Workday, including configuring business processes and designing integrations
- Strong interest in AI and automation in People Operations, with a proactive approach to implementation
- Experience with equity administration platforms, particularly Pulley, is a plus
- Ability to collaborate on compensation architecture and modeling with comfort in handling compensation data
