Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day operations of the people technology ecosystem, the full-time remote People Systems Analyst will manage support requests, author documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in HR tech.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer systems such as Workday, Ashby, Pave, Lattice, and CompLink, resolving support requests with high responsiveness
  • Author clear documentation including SOPs and process guides to facilitate effective communication and operations
  • Track support patterns and collaborate with senior team members to implement lasting improvements in the people technology stack
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years in a technical, systems, or analytics role, with internship experience welcomed
  • Self-sufficient problem solver who proactively seeks solutions before escalating issues
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple support tickets effectively
  • Clear writer capable of producing structured and accessible documentation for diverse audiences
