People Systems Generalist

Job Summary

Combining employee lifecycle administration with technology and continuous improvement, the full-time remote People Systems Generalist will manage onboarding, support employee experiences, and leverage AI and automation to enhance People operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee operational administration of onboarding and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Administer People technologies, improving workflows and creating self-service resources to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with People Business Partners and other teams to operationalize initiatives and improve the overall employee experience

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in HR, People Systems, or a related field with ownership of employee lifecycle administration
• Experience with HRMS platforms such as Rippling, Workday, or similar technologies
• Proven ability to improve operational processes and simplify workflows
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional setting
• Strong systems-thinking skills with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency
