People Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Systems Specialist - LMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Workday Learning module, including learning paths, courses, and reporting
• Partner with specialists to gather requirements and implement technology solutions
• Manage support tickets and cases while ensuring data integrity and facilitating reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 1-3 years of strong functional knowledge of Workday LMS
• Experience with EIBs, business processes, and report development
• Experience with other Workday modules is a plus
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred
