People Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, People Systems to support the delivery of People Systems services and maintain data quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain configuration and administration of core HR processes within HR systems
• Extract, cleanse, and analyze People data to support decision-making
• Support change activities by preparing test scripts and documenting results

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in HRIS or People Systems with core HR system administration
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and data analysis
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards in Power BI or similar tools
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Foundational HRIS certifications are highly regarded
