Job Summary
A company is looking for a People & Talent Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Support payroll consolidation and manage local employment contracts and HR records
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Champion employer branding and manage candidate sourcing and screening processes
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR administration
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English and Polish is essential
- Knowledge of HR practices in Poland and the UK is highly desirable
- Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems preferred
