Job Summary

A company is looking for a People & Talent Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support payroll consolidation and manage local employment contracts and HR records
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Champion employer branding and manage candidate sourcing and screening processes


Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Fluency in English and Polish is essential
  • Knowledge of HR practices in Poland and the UK is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems preferred
