Job Summary

A company is looking for a People & Talent Coordinator to manage hiring and employee experience across global teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes and maintain active candidate pipelines
  • Oversee onboarding and ensure a positive new hire experience through the first 90 days
  • Administer health insurance and support people operations processes across internal tools
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination and people operations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
  • Experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse, and other HR tools
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track metrics and improve processes
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, low-structure work environment
