People & Talent Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time remote People & Talent Manager will manage talent acquisition and HR operations, ensuring high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle while partnering with leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for various positions, partnering with hiring managers to develop strategies and drive efficient hiring processes
• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned departments, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and coaching
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations to ensure compliance and maintain accurate employee records

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of progressive HR and recruiting experience with direct partnership with managers
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
• Experience supporting healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industries
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced remote environment
