Job Summary
A company is looking for a People & Talent Partner to support Human Resources and Talent Acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes and partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs
- Act as a key point of contact for employees on HR policies and support employee development programs
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and monitor trends in employee retention
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition, preferably in a tech-driven environment
- Strong understanding of HR policies and recruitment processes
- High level of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

- English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher
