Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Team Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the People Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement People policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and alignment with company culture
- Manage performance management processes and support employee lifecycle operations from recruiting to offboarding
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage payroll and benefits oversight
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a management role
- Preferred certification: SHRM-CP/PHR
- Experience in a PE-backed or rapidly scaling organization is preferred
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and HRIS platforms, with a strong preference for Paylocity
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage both operational tasks and policy development
