The full-time remote People Team Specialist will execute core administrative processes across multiple locations, providing essential support to the People Business Partners and ensuring compliance, accurate data management, and responsive employee assistance.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the People Business Partner team within Field Operations
  • Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS system and generate reports to support operational needs
  • Assist in the administration of company benefits programs and respond to employee benefit inquiries
