Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives
• Translate requirements into structured technical specifications for development teams
• Administer and configure current People systems, ensuring high data accuracy and smooth ongoing operations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst in a technology-driven environment
• Experience with business rules engines, decision modeling, and workflow configuration
• Proficiency in process modeling using UML/BPMN notations
• Experience with API protocols (SOAP/REST/gRPC) and system integrations
• Advanced level of English
