People Technology Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time People Technology Analyst will manage and enhance SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring efficient data-driven decision-making and an excellent employee experience, with hybrid and remote working options available for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of SAP SuccessFactors, including system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Identify opportunities for HR process improvements through system enhancements and automation
• Build and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making

Required qualifications

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors and understanding of People processes
• Experience in People systems administration and configuration
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
