Job Summary

A company in the technology industry is looking for a People Technology Analyst.

Position Responsibilities:

• Partner with HRBPs, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, IT and others to provide support for requests such as enhancements, defects, and new functionality
• Utilize Workday functional, data model, reporting and security knowledge to troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions
• Consult with stakeholders and facilitate discussions around analytics opportunities to provide data to enable data-driven decision making

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in human resources operations and/or shared services
• Experience with Workday ecosystem across different modules
• Experience manipulating large data sets
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams
