Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Technology Lead - Talent & Performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Workday Talent & Compensation domain, ensuring consistent and scalable configurations
  • Translate Talent and Compensation programs into effective Workday solutions by collaborating with relevant teams
  • Continuously assess and improve user experience and system performance based on feedback and usability metrics


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Organizational Development, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday Talent and/or Compensation modules
  • Experience collaborating with Talent COEs, Total Rewards, or People leadership on enterprise-scale programs
  • Strong understanding of Workday's Talent and Compensation capabilities
  • Preferred certifications in Workday Talent and/or Compensation, with additional certifications in Performance, Succession, or Skills being a plus
