Job Summary

To drive continuous improvement and innovation in People technology solutions, the full-time salaried People Technology Manager will oversee Workday modules, partner with stakeholders to define technology strategy, and lead complex initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Define People Technology strategy and track KPIs/OKRs for optimization and compliance
  • Own the lifecycle and optimization of Workday modules, ensuring alignment across HR processes
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive AI/automation use cases to enhance user experience
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Workday ecosystem with expertise in at least 3 modules
  • Proven experience in end-to-end system ownership and project delivery in fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of Workday architecture and integrations, with an AI-forward mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in public company environments, including SOX compliance
