Job Summary

Responsible for end-to-end ownership and optimization of Workday modules and People technology solutions, the full-time People Technology Manager will drive continuous improvement and AI-enabled transformation while serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Define People Technology strategy, roadmap, and priorities while tracking KPIs/OKRs
  • Oversee the optimization and lifecycle of Workday modules and ensure alignment across HR processes
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify and scale AI/automation use cases and drive process transformation
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Workday ecosystem with expertise in at least 3 Workday modules
  • Proven experience in end-to-end system ownership and project delivery in complex environments
  • Strong understanding of Workday architecture and integrations, with an AI-forward mindset
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
