People Technology Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Technology Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Workday Systems Specialists
• Serve as a subject matter expert across key Workday modules and oversee the configuration lifecycle
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions and manage program operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Workday configuration and administration
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Deep expertise in Workday modules including HCM Core, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, and Scheduler
• Experience with system integrations and familiarity with tools like Smartsheets and ServiceNow
