Job Summary

Supporting People data and technology solutions, the full-time People Technology Specialist will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes, implement Workday and other HRIS technologies, and ensure seamless system adoption through testing and training, with the flexibility to work remotely and occasional in-office collaboration.

Key responsibilities:
  • Create partnerships with business stakeholders to evaluate and implement technology solutions
  • Manage implementation tasks including requirement definition, solution design, and testing
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance support tasks and optimize reporting and workflows
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of HR Tech experience with hands-on Workday configuration or 5+ years as a Workday end-user
  • Experience delivering small to medium HRIS projects
  • Strong background in report writing, security, and system management
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or other ticketing systems
