Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Vice President.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership and support on people and organizational issues
- Lead a team of HR professionals, while mentoring and coaching
- Oversee the People Culture of the company's global presence and expansion
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of work experience in progressively responsible roles in HR including 5+ years of experience as an HRBP
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development or related field required
- SPHR or GSPHR are preferred
- Experience supporting senior-level leaders and Engineering/Product and/or Sales orgs highly preferred
- Experience with California employment law; multi-state compliance knowledge a plus
