People Vice President or Senior Vice President

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Vice President or Senior Vice President.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and develop diverse, high functioning HRBP, People Operations, People Analytics, and Total Rewards teams
• Support cross-functional executive leaders on people topics and deliver business outcomes while remaining compliant globally
• Drive a performance culture through effective performance management and professional development

Required qualifications, training, and education:

• Demonstrated record of successful senior people leadership roles and project delivery
• Experience in multiple HR disciplines, such as HRBP, People Ops, L&D, Total Rewards, and Product & Systems
• Experience in global HR operations, with country expertise (Portugal and Brazil a plus)
• Data-driven and technically savvy
• High EQ, executive presence, and strong moral compass aligned with industry HR best practices
