PeopleSoft Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PeopleSoft Business Analyst with expertise in PeopleSoft modules (IH, CRM, HCM).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis, gather and document functional requirements, and create design specifications
• Develop and execute test scenarios, review results, and lead knowledge transfer sessions
• Ensure alignment of functional requirements with operational needs

Required Qualifications

• Four or more years of business analysis experience in a PeopleSoft environment, covering at least three knowledge areas defined by BABOK
• Four or more years of experience in reading and creating SQLs
• Four or more years of experience with PeopleSoft architecture and table structures
• Two or more years of business analysis experience in PeopleSoft modules (IH, CRM, HCM)
• Experience working in a government setting with PeopleSoft, particularly in HCM and CRM modules
