PeopleSoft Business Analyst Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PeopleSoft Specialist Business Analyst - Functional Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operational business owners and a team to research and design batch and online solutions
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test solutions, and troubleshoot issues
• Mentor and coach team members on best practices to enhance their skills and capacity

Required Qualifications

• Seven or more years of business analysis experience using PeopleSoft across specified knowledge areas
• Seven or more years of experience in reading and creating SQLs
• Seven or more years of experience with PeopleSoft architecture and table structures
• Four or more years of experience directing functional resources in a PeopleSoft environment
• Two or more years of experience performing business analysis in specified PeopleSoft modules (IH, CRM, HCM, FIN)
