Job Summary
Focused on enhancing enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, the full-time remote PeopleSoft Business Systems Analyst III will partner with HR and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications for PeopleSoft HCM solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver enhancements, integrations, and system upgrades while maintaining documentation and data integrity
- Provide production support by researching and resolving business systems issues and conducting training for users on new processes and functionalities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least four years of experience supporting enterprise business systems, especially in HR, Payroll, or related functional areas
- Strong knowledge of application configuration, testing, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to analyze business requirements and document solution designs effectively
- 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required) or willingness to complete upon hire
