Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time PeopleSoft Business Systems Analyst II will partner with internal departments to gather business requirements, design PeopleSoft FSCM solutions, and support system enhancements while collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful implementation.

Key responsibilities
  • Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and develop test plans to validate new functionalities
  • Perform system maintenance, including testing and implementing upgrades or patches, while maintaining business systems tables
  • Provide production support by researching and resolving business systems issues and generating reports using appropriate reporting tools
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or at least two years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
  • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials and Supply Chain Management modules, including Inventory, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing
  • General knowledge of application testing, system configuration, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to assist with solution analysis and business process mapping to improve operational efficiency
  • 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); opportunity to complete upon hire if not already met
