PeopleSoft Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PeopleSoft Change Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to the Florida PALM project
• Design and implement communication plans to inform stakeholders about project goals and benefits
• Design training programs and materials to prepare users for new PeopleSoft functionalities

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in organizational change management for large-scale ERP implementations, particularly PeopleSoft Financials or HCM
• Familiarity with statewide or county-wide systems or similar public sector financial systems
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter's Change Model
• Experience conducting stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations
• Proficiency in creating communication plans, training materials, and adoption metrics
