Job Summary

To support system enhancements, the remote PeopleSoft Developer will collaborate with business users to gather requirements, configure PeopleSoft modules, and conduct testing while providing ongoing user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to document requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis
• Configure and customize PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools and maintain interfaces with external systems
• Prepare test plans, coordinate with QA teams, and provide training and support to end-users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft applications and proficiency in PeopleTools
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting
• In-depth understanding of PeopleSoft modules and business processes
• Experience with PeopleSoft reporting tools and knowledge of PeopleSoft Integration Broker
