Job Summary

A company is looking for a Peoplesoft Funct Analyst II, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional expertise in Human Resources, Payroll, and related applications
Support system design, implementation, and troubleshooting of PeopleSoft modules
Participate in application development plans for upgrades, patches, and enhancements

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in IT, Business Admin, or related field, or 3-5 years of equivalent experience
7+ years of work experience with implementations and functional requirements in HR and Payroll modules
5+ years of experience collaborating with Technical Analysts and Business teams
Knowledge of testing methodologies using PeopleSoft test framework or similar tools
Self-motivated with a strong record of interpersonal skills
