PeopleSoft Grants Management Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as the primary subject matter expert, the full-time PeopleSoft Grants Management Lead Consultant will lead clients through the design, implementation, and optimization of PeopleSoft Grants Management solutions while advising on best practices for grant lifecycle management and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and business process reviews focused on grant lifecycle management and compliance
• Design integrated solutions utilizing PeopleSoft Grants Management and related FSCM applications, ensuring end-to-end integration
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and manage project scope, deliverables, and client expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 12 years of experience, with a minimum of 8 years in ERP Financials implementation
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on PeopleSoft Grants Management experience
• Experience leading multiple PeopleSoft Grants Management implementations through all project lifecycle phases
• Demonstrated expertise in grants lifecycle management, including budgeting, compliance monitoring, and reporting
