PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 HR Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a large public sector PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 HR/Payroll enterprise environment, the remote contract Systems Analyst 3 will provide senior-level functional and technical expertise in payroll processing, HR configuration, system integrations, and enterprise-wide production support for a duration of 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced functional support for PeopleSoft HCM Payroll and HR modules, troubleshooting payroll issues and maintaining configurations
• Configure and maintain Approval Workflow Engine (AWE), manage HR security, and support system enhancements and updates
• Develop and maintain queries and reports, ensuring data accuracy and supporting integration processes

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with State HR policies and payroll/HR operations
• 15+ years of experience in PeopleSoft system configuration changes and supporting PeopleSoft HCM HR/Payroll 9.2
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and NIST standards in ERP environments
• 10+ years of experience in incident management and Major Incident Management (MIM)
• Experience ensuring WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance for deliverables
