Job Summary

Seeking a senior PeopleSoft HCM Consultant for a remote, full-time position, the candidate will provide advanced Level 2 support, troubleshoot complex system issues, and perform configuration changes within PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 HR/Payroll environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Level 2 support for PeopleSoft HCM HR/Payroll modules
• Troubleshoot system, configuration, integration, and data-related issues
• Perform functional configurations, system enhancements, and change management activities

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with Texas State policies, federal labor laws, and PeopleSoft technologies
• 12+ years of PeopleSoft system configuration and production support
• 10+ years supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 HR/Payroll in Texas public sector agencies
• 8+ years of expertise in FMLA compliance and Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
• 3+ years of experience with ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices
