Job Summary
Providing advanced functional and technical support for a large public sector PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 HR/Payroll environment, the remote contract PeopleSoft HCM HR/Payroll Analyst will manage HR modules, ensure compliance with regulations, and support system configuration and integrations over a 12-month period.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for PeopleSoft HCM HR modules, including Workforce Administration and HR Security setup
- Configure HR tables and manage business units, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Create and maintain PS Queries and reports while providing Level 2 production support for HR/Payroll systems
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM HR module (9.2)
- Strong knowledge of HR functional processes, including Workforce Administration and TAM/CG
- Experience with HR Security setup and row-level security
- Hands-on experience with Application Designer, Integration Broker (REST/SOAP), and SQL
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and experience in system audits and compliance documentation
