PeopleSoft HCM Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a large public sector program, the remote contract PeopleSoft HCM Payroll Functional Analyst will manage end-to-end payroll operations, system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll module
• Troubleshoot payroll issues including calculations, retro pay, and tax discrepancies
• Support the full payroll lifecycle and maintain payroll configurations

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM Payroll (9.2)
• Strong experience in payroll configuration and processing
• Hands-on experience with Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, and BI Publisher
• Experience with batch job monitoring and management
• Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and payroll compliance
