Job Summary
Providing senior-level functional and technical support for PeopleSoft HCM Talent Management modules, the full-time contract PeopleSoft HCM Systems Analyst will configure applications, manage workflows, and support user needs in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Configure and support Talent Management applications including TAM/CG, OnBoarding, and Performance Management
- Manage recruiting workflows, onboarding processes, and performance evaluation configurations while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for recruiting, onboarding, and performance activities
Required qualifications:
- 10 years of experience supporting Talent Management modules including TAM/CG, OnBoarding, and/or Performance Management
- 8 years of technical experience with App Designer, Integration Broker, SQR/SQL, and BI Publisher
- 8 years of experience performing system configuration for PeopleSoft HCM enhancements and PUM updates
- 8 years of knowledge of security best practices and multi-tenancy requirements
- 3 years of knowledge of ITIL principles and practices for ITSM and ITAM
