Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate current leave tracking processes and identify compliance gaps across U.S. jurisdictions
- Provide strategic guidance on optimizing PeopleSoft to support multi-state leave tracking
- Work with HR and compliance teams to ensure accurate and efficient leave administration
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with PeopleSoft HR, particularly HDM On-Premise
- Proven track record in HR systems optimization and process automation
- Experience with complex, multi-state organizations
