Job Summary

With over 10 years of experience, the remote PeopleSoft Payroll Consultant will focus on Core HR, Global HR, Benefits, and Payroll modules while managing system integrations and payroll processes for a prominent client.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee setup tables and system integration for PeopleSoft payroll processes, including year-end processing of U.S. W2s and Canadian T4s
  • Support company-specific payroll needs, including garnishments, union pay, and earnings calculations
  • Research and analyze data to diagnose and resolve system issues while making recommendations for PUM/Tax Updates
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft, specifically in Core HR, Global HR, Benefits, and Payroll modules
  • Comprehensive knowledge of payroll administration and federal/state wage & hour regulations in a multi-state environment
  • Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
