PeopleSoft Payroll Consultant

Job Summary

To support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of PeopleSoft Payroll, an experienced PeopleSoft Payroll Consultant will work part-time, 20 hours per week, in a fully remote contract role focused on payroll processing, compliance, and system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support PeopleSoft Payroll applications
• Analyze business requirements and implement payroll system enhancements
• Support payroll processing, reconciliation, and issue resolution

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of PeopleSoft Payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor
• Must have previous Healthcare experience
• Experience with payroll tax updates, retro pay, garnishments, and payroll reconciliation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
