PeopleSoft PeopleTools Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time remote PeopleSoft PeopleTools Engineer will be responsible for the architecture, installation, configuration, and ongoing technical operation of enterprise PeopleSoft environments, focusing on upgrades, security configurations, and integration with cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and operate PeopleSoft environments across various stages including development and production
• Lead PeopleTools upgrades and manage application servers, process schedulers, and web servers
• Develop automation tooling and monitor system health, providing post-go-live support and ensuring long-term stability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of PeopleSoft PeopleTools administration experience
• Hands-on experience with PeopleTools upgrades and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM)
• Strong experience with WebLogic, Tuxedo, and PeopleSoft application/process scheduler servers
• Working knowledge of Oracle Database administration and strong Linux/Unix skills
