PeopleSoft Program Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PeopleSoft Program Analyst to provide Tier support and expertise in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Tier-2 functional issues and user inquiries related to PeopleSoft HRConnect
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and solutions
• Document functional requirements, issue root causes, resolutions, and system changes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of Tier support experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience with PeopleSoft HCM
• Technical understanding to connect technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in issue tracking, testing coordination, and functional documentation
• Bachelor's degree
