PeopleSoft Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time PeopleSoft Reporting Analyst will focus on data extraction, reporting, and process improvement using PeopleSoft 9.2, Power BI, and Excel automation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work with PeopleSoft 9.2 for data extraction, reporting, and analysis
• Develop and maintain business reports and create interactive dashboards using Power BI
• Automate reporting processes and analyze business processes for improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft 9.2
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboarding and data visualization
• Experience with Excel automation, including VBA and Power Query
• Data analysis and reporting expertise
• Process improvement and automation experience
